This policy describes how marceline.ai (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is marceline.ai, operated by instruolabs. For any question about your personal data, write to privacy@marceline.ai.

2. What we collect

Your email address, and nothing else. We do not ask for a name, a company, or any other detail.

3. Purpose

We use your email address solely to manage the waitlist and to notify you when marceline.ai opens. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit your address through the form on this site.

5. Retention

We keep your address until you withdraw consent or ask for deletion. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you may access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to its processing, and request it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@marceline.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

7. Processors

The list is stored with Kit (ConvertKit), which processes it on our behalf under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted by Vercel. No other party receives your address.

8. Cookies

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

9. Security

Submissions travel over HTTPS and are rate limited. Access to the list is restricted to the people who operate it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Any change is published on this page with a new effective date.
